GCV White Hut Riesling

Slightly older vines and smaller production distinguish White Hut from Celtic Farm Riesling. There’s a more sophisticated air and a more precise ripeness profile of classic lime, lemon and Granny Smith apple; even a compelling note of white pepper unusual in this ripe season. Phenolic structure is finer and more controlled, too. Tightly honed acidity swallows a touch of RS (3.7g/L). Long linear finish, promising medium-term potential.
