“The grapes were sourced from Greenock and Moppa sub regions of the Barossa and was aged in older oak for 15 months prior to bottling.

A vibrant but deep red in colour, with plum and black cherry supported by cedar and subtle vanillin spice.

The palate is plush and generous with a continuation of the.plum and cherry seen on the nose, there is a savoury, textural pull on the mid palate that tends to cherry pip and cocoa with drying fine tannins framing the finish.”

“It’s splendidly appealing on the nose showing blackberry, sweet cherry, roasted nut and mixed spice aromas, followed by a flavoursome palate offering juicy fruit flavours with silky texture and supple tannins, making it highly enjoyable.”
