Tasting Notes
Palate
The palate is long and lean, with perfectly balanced fine chalky tannins seamlessly intermingled with the oak profile of new American and French oak, with the acid serving to balance the strong flavours, strength through balance!
Appearance
The colour draws you in before the wine touches the lips. Ai intense velocity of violets seduces your senses and draws you into the deep dark brooding colours of garnet and purple ink.
Aroma
A bright elegant nose of blueberries and cassis with a flourish of menthol and hints of cigar box and porcini mushrooms.
